Before you order
Please measure your space and call us if you are unsure. Most problems are avoided by checking size, drain side and threshold before ordering.
Damaged on arrival
Note the damage on the delivery receipt and call us within 2 business days. We replace damaged items at no cost to you and handle the carrier claim.
Changing your mind
- Accessories: unused accessories in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a refund, less return shipping.
- Kits, bases and wall systems: returnable within 30 days of delivery if unused and still in the original crate or packaging. You pay return freight, and a 15% restocking fee applies. Call us first so we can arrange the return pickup.
Our mistake
If we ship the wrong item, we cover the cost of making it right, including freight.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
