Shipping and delivery

How your shower gets to you

Shower kits are large and heavy, so they travel crated on a freight truck, not by parcel. Here is the whole route, from your order to the install.

The route

  1. Order

Order online or by phone. Freight is priced by your ZIP code.

  2. Crated at the plant

Large items are packed in a freight crate. A kit usually ships in about 10 business days for 1 to 2 kits. Larger orders: we quote a date.

  3. On the truck (LTL)

LTL means less than truckload. Your crate shares a freight truck with other shipments.

  4. Liftgate delivery

Deliveries to homes use a liftgate, which lowers the crate from the truck to the ground. Liftgate service has an extra charge.

  5. Inspect before you sign

Inspect the crate before you sign for it; note any damage on the delivery receipt.

  6. Install

Your contractor or installer puts it in. Questions on the job? Call and talk to an installer.
